Wise, a supplier of business forms, labels, and digital printing, has announced the acquisition of Apex Color’s Business Forms assets effective October 13, 2025. The move complements Wise’s current business.  Lewis Color, based in Statesboro, GA, has acquired Apex Color’s commercial printing assets.

Wise will enhance the product and service offering to Apex Color customers with additional capabilities.”

Bob Saunders, vice president of sales for Wise, notes that, despite the digital push, millions of business forms are still printed annually because they solve real problems for resellers’ customers. He says. “By acquiring Apex Color’s Business Forms assets, Wise is demonstrating its commitment to support our resellers and the customers they serve.”

Apex Color’s customers will benefit, as well. In addition to having access to Wise’s expertise in business forms production, Apex Color customers will also be exposed to Wise’s expanded portfolio of solutions. This includes prime and industrial labels across both medium-run and short-run applications.

By offering these additional services, Wise enables Apex Color’s customers to streamline their print procurement while accessing a broader range of high-quality, durable, and compliant labeling solutions.
